“Founduki” praline has come to fill every gap in the professional’s needs for authentic hazelnut flavor, consistent texture/consistency, correct chocolate color, commercial value and a praline experience that the consumer will ask for again and again! We prepare it by producing our own Hazelnut Paste from whole roasted hazelnuts, the best quality cocoa powder and only A-grade raw materials. Having expertise in the most commercial recipes on the market for commercially successful and already recognized praline products, we have come up with the “Founduki” recipe which offers:

“Founduki” hazelnut praline is produced with excellent raw materials, preparing our own hazelnut paste (not ready-made for sale), as well as with first-class cocoa powder (Barry Callebaut).

The texture (consistency), color and flavor are studied and targeted, so as to give a distinct commercial flavor profile to the product. The main codes we produce consist of hazelnut praline with 4% & 9% concentration in 13 kg buckets.

Also, each hazelnut flavor is produced in two different textures, in a firm pastry and in a filled (“croissant”). Other fast-moving flavors are Snow-White, Strawberry (Fraoulina), Bueno, Milk Baking, Bitter (vegan fasting) and Lava Fistik (15% pistachio paste) in a smaller 6 kg package. The 9% “Founduki” praline, as well as “lava fistik” (15%) is aimed at more demanding tasters such as confectioneries and bakeries and professionals who want to stand out with the consistent recognized taste of authentic hazelnut/pistachio fruit. In addition, we also have the popular “DUBAI” praline, which contains a sweet blend of pistachio praline with crunchy kataifi. SHOCK of flavors!
